How to Get

Head to the very top of Fujin Mountain, find Rakurai. Ask to learn his "Killing Technique". Choose Mythical Beast Amber. He'll inform you that you need to be blessed by the heavens and struck by lightning. Head to the top of Fujin Mountain, the Fujin Peak, and wait to get struck by lightning. Return to Rakurai. He'll instruct you to kill a player around your strength to prove you are worthy. After completing this, return to Rakurai and begin the fight for Mythical Beast Amber.

Surge Strike

Charge up a palm strike imbued with electric cursed energy, electrifying those struck.

Searing Thunder

Shoot a bolt of lightning ahead, damaging and electrifying those in its path.

PVP Evaluation

This technique is considered top-tier due to its powerful "Technique Release" mode. This mode enhances the user's M1 attacks with lightning stuns and a damage modifier. The moveset also includes the "Released Surge Strike," which has hyper armor, a grab, i-frames, and breaks blocks, and "Released Searing Thunder," which also has hyper armor and auto-executes.
