Find the trainer Naobito in the Zenin area and complete the training.

Keyframe Enforcement
Trap your target upon contact in a frame.
Flashing Takedown
Instantly tackles your target to the ground and impales them.
24 Frame Rush
Rush at your target at an insane speed. This move auto-targets.
Mach Speed
Accelerate yourself using Projection Sorcery giving immense momentum for an attack.
PVP Evaluation
Considered a decent option for PVP. A key move is "Flashing Takedown" which allows the user to get behind their target.
